1tbsp. maple syrup (or pinch of stevia), 3 tbsp. melted coconut oil or ghee, 1 1/2 cups water.
Organic rolled oats, organic sunflower seeds, organic linseeds, roasted hazelnuts, organic psyllium husk powder, organic chia seeds, salt.
1. Mix jar contents well in a flexible, silicon loaf pan.
2.Whisk maple syrup, oil and water together and add to the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until the dough becomes very thick (if too thick to stir, add one or two teaspoons of water).
3.Let rest for at least 2hrs, or overnight.The dough should retain its shape when ready, even when you pull the sides of the loaf pan away from it.
4. Preheat oven to 175°C. Place the loaf in the oven on the middle rack, and bake for 20mins.
5. Remove loaf from the pan, place it upside down directly on a rack and bake for another 30-40mins.The loaf is ready once it sounds hollow when tapped. Let it cool completely before slicing.
