Organic Black Beluga Lentils
Quick cooking, these lentils hold their shape well once cooked. Organic black beluga lentils are great in salads, soups or served with pasta or rice. Their deep colour provides a striking contrast to coloured vegetables. They are great in soups, salads or served with pasta or rice.
To cook: add 1 cup of lentils to 2-3 cups of water, boil for 2 mins then simmer for 30 mins or until soft.
