Raw Pecan Nuts


These Pecan Nut Kernels are 1st Grade, grown and processed in Australia, South East Queensland. Native to central and southern USA, the pecan nut kernel is now cultivated around the world. They are a rich source of energy and contain lots of nutritional benefits. They are rich in mono-unsaturated fatty acid like oleic acid and are an excellent source of phenolic antioxidants. The combination of these two properties helps to decrease total cholesterol and LDL while increasing HDL, the ‘good’ cholesterol. They are packed full of phyto-chemical substances contributing to the overall antioxidant quantity as well as vitamin E, a range of vitamin Bs including folate and minerals like manganese, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, and selenium.
